The new book is now available for preorder from the Publisher's site: http://www.wordware.com/computer/coming_soon.shtml.  It should be listed on amazon.com soon as well, for probably a better price.

A new demo is also available in the resources section, which uses reflection and refraction maps to do a water simulation.  I also have supplement articles on quaternions, and curves and surfaces planned.

Finally, if you enjoyed the book and have an amazon.com account, please post a positive review.  Thanks in advance and thanks to all readers that have already submitted a positive review.
